AP 1815i ME can't enable ports

Hello all,

I am not able to understand how to enable the 4 switch ports in my 1815i. I am using this AP as ME controller for another one 2602. As the 2602 is old I am able to support only up to 8.5 with no issues.

But there is also a bad side. I am not able to create rlans in the GUI only wlans. I am not able to set up AP group and apply the rlan to the Ports as I used to do in newer version like 8.10.

I am fighting with the CLI to understand how and what is the wining combination but always get different errors.

Can anyone point me to the correct procedure to enable and use the ports as access ports for vlan 2, different than the native vlan.

Well as for your image and rlans,

RLAN support on Mobility Express

Starting Release 8.7, one can create RLANs on Cisco Mobility Express allowing the Wired Ports on the 1810W and 1815W to be managed.

Is there another way to use this ports besides RLAN?

Not really.  There is one port which is really a pass-through port, but that isn't going to help you.  Look around for a 3504 on eBay or online.  I prefer using a controller than ME as you have more features and the ease of setup.  You might be able to also find some older 2504's but I would go with the 3504's.  However, the issue is with getting the code especially if you don't have support.
