Hello, I have few AIR-ap1832i-e-k9 configured as CAPWAP lightweight (the AP Image Type and AP Configuration fields are not present in the output)
Software:
AP Running Image : 8.2.141.0
Primary Boot Image : 8.2.141.0
Is there any way to configure AP as standalone AP (I don't wan't to have this ap as a client of controller or controller itself)?

The Mobility Express Access Points cannot be configured in Standalone Mode. However you can configure the Access Point as Mobility Express Controller where the AP can function as an AP as well as the Controller. Also you need to keep in mind that the Mobility Express Controller cannot co-exist with other WLC in the network.
You can refer the below link for more clarity.

You can use it in Mobility Express mode where AP itself got WLC functionality enabled.

Thank you for reply
I have few boxes which will be working in the same network but don't want to WLC. I need only separete AP functionality, not controller.
