Hi all,
I have a problem with my APs not joining the WLCs. I am trying to connect my physical AP 1832I-E-K9 to the ISE sandbox lab in the dCloud through the Internet. I also tried to connect different AP (OEAP 1815t) to my company's wlc.. Same result. These problems started after I moved to a new place, so it looks like there is something wrong with my new internet connection. Internet provider is the same, but the previous connection was VDSL and the new one is LTE..
The system version on the AP 1832I is 8.10.151.0. Version on the vWLC is the same 8.10.151.0. I also tried 8.5.151.0, but nothing changed. On the AP, I manually set up the controller's public IP address (command: capwap ap primary-base WLC <public_ip>).. In the log on the AP, I can see that the DTLS establishment failed. And the WLC log shows that it closes the DTLS connection.
Debugs I used:
WLC:
debug dtls all enable
debug capwap detail enable
AP:
debug dtls client event
debug dtls client error
debug capwap client error
debug capwap client events
debug capwap client info
I am attaching logs from the AP and the WLC. I also contacted ISP, but no response yet.
I will be really grateful for any ideas or help.
Thank you!

Did you try https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-debug-analyzer/ ?
edit: that may only support client debugs!
