AP 2702I See MAC-Address 2 MAC is MAC-int-GI0 and MAC-int-GI1 affect AP not joint WLC

Hi everybody

I use WLC 8500 V7.6.120.0 and DHCP option 43 from DHCP Server (Window Server 2008 R2) and AP-CAP2702I-E-K9

it problem in time discovery I use MAC address is AP Trapped the box add to DHCP Server  but i Show mac-address in Switch port AP plug i see MAC 2 MAC

example 7c:0e:ce:e7:0b:ac  but i show MAC on Switch i see 2 MAC is  7c:0e:ce:e7:0b:ac ,7c:0e:ce:e7:0b:ad  

it problem in time discovery about WLC and AP because AP not joint and i cannot console and telnet because AP not live in near

Can you post the output to the following commands: 

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo; 

2.  Switch:  sh cdp neighbor

Can you confirm the AP has an IP Address?  If it does, can you ping the IP address?

I can not PING to AP 

AP can not recieve IP Address 

i Don ' t  understand AP cisco Serie 2700 is Int gi1 The Not use physical ??

Are you saying the APs are not getting a valid IP address????

Hi,

I dont think I have understood your problem correctly but just remember 2700 has two ports which can be connected to the switch (not every time). I hope you have connected only Port marked as "Ethernet port" and not any other port.
