Hi,

I have a problem with my cisco APs 2802. Sometimes (randomically) at this APs is impossibile access at one of SSID propagate. Each time it can happen with a different SSID and for solve this problem i need to reboot the APs.
Someone can halp me?
My WLC version is 8.3.150 and the model is 5508.
I Can't upgrade the Wlc version because the 8.3.150 it's the last avaible for other APs that i have in my infrastructure.

Thanks a lot

is this only AP, how many AP WLC serving, have you change the AP and tested ?

Do you lost AP at all, or only 1 SSID you not able to view ? how many SSID broadcasting ?

Hi Balaji,

in all my infrastrttura I have 31 ssid, but I have a lot of AP group and each AP group has a maximum of 7 ssid.
I have the problem in all my 46 APs 2802.
When the problem occurs I can see the SSID in brodcast but I cannot access one of this SSID.
For example I have this ssid:
- GUEST
- GLOBAL
- LOCAL
after a lot of days one of this 3 SSID go in bulk in ap 2802 and only if I reload the AP the SSID return to work.

This required to look your config and also what logs you see on controller ? do you have any syslog configured on WLC to capture the logs .

Hi Balaji, when the problems occurs i don't see any anomal logs in the WLC.
I have also try to do a debug client xxx.xxx.xxx when the problems occurs but i can't see any logs in CLI.
