AP 3800i showing on WLC5520 "PoE/Medium Power (15.4 W)" connected with switch Catalyst 9300

AP 3800i showing on WLC5520 "PoE/Medium Power (15.4 W)" connected with switch Catalyst 9300. I have 36 APs connected on WLC 5520 but only 6 APs show the protocols Down "PoE/Medium Power (15.4 W)"..

What is the firmware running on the 5520?
Post the complete output to the command "sh power inline".

`tis a bug with the firmware. I can see the AP is negotiating properly at 30.0w. I have similar issue with 1562 and TAC confirms it's a "cosmetic" bug which they are not prioritizing to fix because it's not critical to the operation(s) of the AP.

     For me is critical case because the APs showing the Status Down (2.4GHz and 5GHz) not working with POE Medium power (15.4w). 

     I have a open case on Cisco TAC support about this issues.

Yes. We solved the problem. I enabled the CDP command on All AP´s connected directly on switch and I forced the command duplex full in the ports. After these commands the APs are working fine.
