I have AP C9130AXI-B showing 0DB on AP Channel Noise in prime throughout the day. Currently, the controller is 9800. I also am having issues with iPhone users connecting and disconnecting from these APs. I'm not sure if it's an iPhone issue or if it is in fact an AP or controller issue. Any guidance will be helpful. Thank you.

I have 4 APs on this floor. this is a map of the 2.4. There is no other adjacent organization. We are running mobility between two controllers. We currently have a total of 100 APs on the controller that are associated. As others have said. I am looking into upgrading the IOS and some of the other tips.
