The AP keeps sending dhcp release/renew to the switch, I'm enclosing debug ip dhcp and debug udp. I have another AP on the same location that Works fine (LAP1131), and I have several other CAP206 on the WLC on other locations.
The dhcp debug shows that the AP is sending a dhcp release to the dhcp-Scope (local on the server). The configuration is identical to other sites, and I have no idea why the AP won't join the Controller.
The dhcp Scope defintion;
ip dhcp pool apmgmt
network x.x.31.0 255.255.255.0
default-router x.x.31.1
option 43 ip x.x.50.10 x.x.50.10
The port has this definition;
description WIFI AP
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 500
switchport mode trunk
The vlan 500;
description BACKBONE
ip address x.x.31.1 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address x.x.50.10
ip helper-address b.b.50.10
UDP forwarding;
ip forward-protocol udp 12222
ip forward-protocol udp 12223
ip forward-protocol udp 12221
Any other debug-commands I can try to find out what's wrong? There's no point in debugging on the WLC as the AP never get's thru. There's an 1131 on that location already Connected to the WLC.

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time;
3. AP: sh version; and
4. AP: sh ip interface brief

What I don't understand is why the AP keeps on sending a DHCPRELEASE;
Apr 28 11:29:10.169: DHCPD: DHCPRELEASE message received from client 0164.1225.0b24.06 (10.83.31.133).
Apr 28 11:29:10.169: DHCPD: Sending notification of TERMINATION:
The AP gets a New IP-address, then the minute later sends a DHCPRELASE and gets a New address. This process is looping.
The local AP then tries to contact the WLC's at Our headquarter on udp 12221 and 12223, which we are forwarding. There is no firewall stopping the traffic, we have verified that.

Case solved, the 2600 use udp port 5246 and 5247. Strange I didn't see it on the udp debug or at the firewall.
