Hi,
I´ve had been verifiyng problems with the cisco aironet 1815. Almost every day they crash, it means i can´t comunicate with controller or ap's in the management interface, and before that i see the following message on the log "Did not receive heartbeat reply AP:"
The cisco mobility express version is 8.4.100 .
Any help on this?

Hi ,
The message looks very well auto-explained. Did you check the communication between those device? They may be suffering from some network outage.
