Hi everyone,
I have an issue. One of my APs is constantly disassociated from the controller even if it is reachable all the time. My company uses a couple of Cisco 5500 WLCs, and the AP is a AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9. Below the AP's time statistics.
No loggs registred on the access switch about the AP's interface and no error detected.
What can be the root cause?

Is this AP running on PoE?
Is this AP on FlexConnect?

Yes, it is running on PoE and no it is on local mode

Check the link of the AP for any line errors, speed/duplex mismatch.

None has been detected and the AP is reachable all the time. No registred loggs neither. Here are some details:

And what of the controller?
07-14-2017 05:56 AM
As mentioned, there are two controllers. They function in active/active mode and are in the same mobility group. One is configured as the primary and the other as the secondary. We have like 226 APs associated , the faulty AP included.
More info?

Problem solved. There was a licensing issue. Thanks for your help anyway :)
