Enter the below command into the AP:

clear capwap ap controller ip address

on an AP, r we able to issue command to the AP to check the list of controller in memory?

Not that I am aware of.

Or else just erase nvram.

  1. Disconnect power from the access point (either the power jack for external power or the Ethernet cable for in-line power).
  2. Press and hold the MODE button while reconnecting power to the access point.
  3. Once the access point is powered on, you can use the command erase nvram: to erase the NVRAM.
    • Additionally, you might need to erase the private-config to remove the IP address of the access point and the controller using the following command: erase private-config.
