Does cisco ap supports 8:8x8 radios, What does it mean by 8:8x8
Do we really need 8:8x8?
Any switch that give class 6 Poe for the wifi6?

Not as far as I know. The majority of end points are 1x1 or 2x2. All Intel wifi cards are 2x2. There are some older 3x3 cards on 5Ghz.
There are no APs that have an 8x8 radio.

There might be but they are highly customized units and would not be affordable to an everyday person.
Like I said, an wireless client that can support "true" 8x8 would not just have 8 MIMO antennas but would need several arrays/banks of CPU and several GB (if not TB) of memory.
Building one of these monsters is another but turning it on (and keeping it cool) is another thing. In regards to "portability" it depends if the person who's holding one of these is willing to wear a asbestos-laced flame retardant pants or not.
In reality, anything past 802.11n, is all a question of practicality and common sense.
