AP's not Joining new Controller WLC 2504

Hi,

I Had a 2504 WLC and all my controllers were connected properly and working fine, that controller got borne and I had to put a new one a had as spare, the one had only 10 AP's licensees at the time and 9 AP's got connected properly without issues, we added other 15 licensees and now the other AP's cant join the controller.

what is it that can be causing that and how to fix it?

Post "show sysinfo"  CLI output from your WLC & "show version" from one of those new APs
