AP standalone support

We have 1310 AP with the following IOS on the device will this work as a standalome mode as we dont have wireless controller with us.

Correct. The 1300 is a wireless bridge. It has 2.4 GHz radio and its autonomous. Not used with a Cisco controller? This is typically used in bridge mode but can also be an access point.
