AP unable to join WLC

I'm  getting this Error on LWAP1142.....PLS Help

How is eveything setup?  AP's on the same subnet as the WLC?  You have other AP's joined to the WLC?  Time is set correctly i'm guessing on the WLC?

AP's on remote site....previously they were connected...and subnet is defferent...it's 10.55.0.0 255.255.0.0

Can you please post the output to the following commands:

1.  WAP:  sh version;

2.  WAP:  sh inventory;

3.  WLC:  sh sysinfo

Previously it was connected how? You need to supply more info for us to help you. AP's were just moved to a different subnet in the same location or actually moved to to a new location? If you can't provide additional info, you need to go through this guide.

Any firewall between wlc and ap? Are all needed ports allowed.
