AP with Multiple SSID drops client connections only in one SSID

Good day.

I work with a school district in providing support for some Android interactive panels and I'm having the following issue, don't know if any of you has experienced it.

The district IT department provided me with a SSID to connect the Interactive Panels to the school network. The school network APs have additional SSIDs on them. Every AP in the school have the same SSIDS. All of the SSID's are the same across every school in the district.

The problem is that the Android Panels get dropped by the APs after a specific time when they are connected in the SSID that the district provided. But if I connect the panels to another SSID the panels don't get disconnected.

The issue repeats it self in every school, gets disconnected in provided SSID, but not if they get connected to any of the rest.

I'm leaning to  a configuration issue for that SSID but I don't have access to the AP.

The Android panels are running Ver 11.

Any help is appreciated.

you need post your environment for us to understand the issue :

1. what model WLC

2. what AP

3. what code running

4. how is your config look like

5. only android pannel dropping - how about other device.

6. have you done any debug capture for the client disconnection

7. what you see difference between SSId working vs not working ?

8. why not connect to SSID that works , what is the limitation here ?

Has anyone updated the firmware of the Android panels?

From what I can read you don't seem to be the administrator of the wireless deployment so let me recommend you to ask the administators about the issue.
