AP1100 LED indicates file system failure

While upgrading the AP1100 firmware, network connection to the AP was disrupted. Thereafter, the AP is not accessible and the radio and status LED is red indicating a file system failure. I tried reloading the image by pressing the MODE button but still would not help.

How can I recover this AP? Thanks.

Only if the AP is still in the IOS bootloader, will you be able to use the mode button on the back of the unit to recover.

Thanks for the reply. I reckon there is no way for recovery at this point. I'm planning to bring back to Cisco.
