AP1100 Upgrading Fails

I wanted to upgrade 1100s, which are running 12.2(13)JA4 or 12.2(13)JA1, to 12.3(8)JEB, using the image c1100-k9w7-tar.123-8.JEB.tar.

Upgrading stops during the process and no response at all.

I tried a few different methods (via the web interface, scp and ftp) on 3 different APs with no luck.
