AP1131AG does not work and shows red on radio led.

I'm not able to establish with console of the AP1131AG. there is no response on CLI.and, the AP shows the red led on radio and no light on the other leds.

Is this firmare problem? or any other clues of this failure?

Take a look at this link. It looks like the AP is not functional though.
