AP1142N & AIR-PWRINJ3 compatibility

We're deploying a project composed by AP1142N and AIR-PWRINJ3. The UTP patch cords are Category 5E. The access points work normally when powered by external power sources ( PWR-B= ). The problem occurs when access points are powered by the power injectors ( AIR-PWRINJ3 ). So, I ask for your help to the questions below:

1) The power injectors "AIR-PWRINJ3" are compatible to AP1142N, aren't ?

2) Is there some suggested procedure to troubleshooting this scenario ?

Thanks,

Leonardo.
