Hi everyone; We have some AP1810w in CUWN.the ap is flexconnect mode, and we config RLAN on AP.A PC connect to the LAN2 port of AP1810w. The issue is that PC sometimes surf the internet very slow,we run a ping command display the ping packets cannot bigger than 1472 Bytes. But,normal scene, the ping packets can bigger than 1472 Bytes, even to 10000 Bytes. We test wireless clients, and connect PC to SW when the issue occur.it's all ok.So,I guess the ap cannot fragment,do you think it? WLC:5520 software ver:8.2.166 Thanks~

Have you tried enabling the TCP-MSS feature globally at the WLC or at the 1810 AP?

I'm not sure if it will apply to the RLANs if they're on flex local switching but it should. Give it a try and let us know if that helps.

Basically the AP intercepts the SYN packet of the TCP handshake and replaces the TCP-MSS proposed value for the one you specify, therefore preventing fragmentation.

If that doesn't work, then you can try the "ip tcp adjust-mss 1360" command at the gateway if it is a cisco router or switch. It'll perform the same function.

hope that helps.
