Dear Sirs,
I have got 3x AP 1832 , one is with Mobility express which to my understanding could manage up to 20 light weight AP1832, issue I configure the controller AP1832, then worked to configure the other but the controller reject the joining of the 2 other stating "it exceed number of image download" though no other is configured.
checked the controller found this error coming "Warning: Missing TFTP/CCO params, Please Configure the Image Download Params"
I am not sure what went wrong & which the one needing correction to work probably, please advise.

Not sure what code your running but look at this bug id:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCux73195/?referring_site=bugquickviewclick
Might want to upgrade if you are on that code.

Thanks a lot for your quick response
controller have the following software version 8.3.102.0
as for configuration, I am okay to reset if needed, but I wanted to know how to be sure I won't end in same position after I am re-configuring it, thus my question.
checked the link, I understand this problem thanks, though mine is 2 parts, this resolve 1st part, 2nd is message "Please Configure the Image Download Params" as this stopping Lightweight AP to join the controller as they can't download image.

Show ver not working but I managed to running the following command
Show inventory
Maximum number of APs supported.................. 25
NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "Cisco Aironet 1830 Series Mobility Express"
PID: AIR-AP1832I-E-K9, VID: 8.3.102.0, SN: KWC20420JCY
when booting this message shows when connected via console port
"Warning: Missing TFTP/CCO params, Please Configure the Image Download Params"
attached 2 files showing controller AP1832, 3rd error when I open the Lightweight AP1832
which when connected to console port showed error "exceed number of image download"
thanks for your help, I hope all info is there, else let me know what else is needed
