I'm sorry for this new posting.
Summary of what I did:
recently updated our AP 340 from 11.08 to 12.04.
Now the Apple MACs don't "see" the network.
They use the latest Apple AirportSoftware and worked perfectly before the update.
I found in this forum the following options and made them:
non-Aironet 802.11
use Aironet extensions: no
Radio Preamble: LONG
Ethernet enc. transf.: RFC1042
Radio modulation -> Standard
The LOGs of the accesspoint are empty, WEP is off, I broadcast the SSID (checked the name four times).
Nothing helped. What can I do now?
Thanks!
Marko

Hi!
We tested three different configurations:
iMac G4, Jaguar (10.2.8): Airport software 3.1.2
Powerbook G4, Panther (10.3.4): Airport software 3.4.2
These two using 11MBit Airport.
Powerbook G4, Panther (10.3.4): Airport software 3.4.2
This Powerbook uses Airport Extreme (54MBit) and doesn't see the network with the old and 12.04 firmware.
The settings of the AP 340 are like I mentioned in my last posting.
These are the settings:
Network 5: "l3stest" BSSID: "00:40:96:34:D9:7A"

Thanks in advance.
