Hi NG,

i'm currently trying to configure a AP801AGN-E-K9 sitting within a 892W router.

it was working previously with the following config, i just don't find it!!!

service-module wlan-ap 0 bootimage unified

interface Loopback0
ip vrf forwarding XXX
ip address XX.XX.XX.XX 255.255.255.255

!
interface wlan-ap0
description Service module interface to manage the embedded AP
ip vrf forwarding XXX
ip unnumbered Loopback0
arp timeout 0
!
interface Wlan-GigabitEthernet0
description Internal switch interface connecting to the embedded AP
switchport mode trunk
ip vrf forwarding XXX

Logging into AP and its outputs:

telnet Lo0's-IP-ADDR 2002 /vrf XXX

OUTPUT:

AP6400.f1ce.b5ba#sh ip int brie
Interface                  IP-Address      OK? Method Status                Protocol
GigabitEthernet0           unassigned      YES DHCP   up                    up
