APF-3-NO_FRAMED_IP_ADRESS: [PA] apf_radius.c:2055 'AcctStart' .... Connected for '3' secs

I have a problem with our production wireless network where i see many clients (about 50 - 150) disconnecting very 60 Mins.

On the WLC 8510 under msglog I see hundreds of following messages. Counldnt find any help on google.

have any one encountered such  a message?
