I have an unusual one here, our iphone users can connect to SSID but on first connect don't get internet access, if they disconnect and then reconnect the connection is fine. So on first connection they do get an IP address, other devices such as Android and Windows laptops don't have an issue.
The WLC is a 5508 running 7.6.130.0 and the AP's are either AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9 or AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9.
It is PSK and under wlans\ ssid \ security \ layer 2, the settings are:
- Layer security: wpa + wpa2, no MAC filtering or fast transition.
- PMF disabled
- For WPA+WPA2, I have the following checked: WPA policy, WPA encryption aes and tkip, WPA2 policy and WPA2 encryption.
- Authentication, PSK and the PSK format format ASCII and WPA gtk-randomize being disabled.
What else do you need from me to help debug this?
