Hi All,
We have deployed CISCO 5508 WLC and many times APs 3602i stuck/hanged.
WLC and APs are connected onto the cisco switches. When bounced the switch port where aps connected it shows connected and in join state.
This issue is reoccurring and have to bounce to port.
Thanks,
Aftab

More info required.
1. What firmware version is the WLC running on?
2. Is the APs getting a valid IP address?

My office setup is having this problem too. My controllers are the wism2 and the APs are both 3602s and 3702s. The WLC firmware is 7.6.130.0. I am catching hung APs everyday randomly across the campus of 100+ APs. Also I found that some APs don't hang but reboot. Each morning I will find 2 to 3 out of the 100 plus that is deregistered. The Cat4500 series edge switches are registering power draw and connected interface but cdp will not see the hung AP nor will the switch interface input counter register any activity. Is this a firmware bug?
