hello and thx for reply,
this link is known by me and even the swan architecture.
no, for what i am asking for is a possible solution with auth-proxy on an access-point maybe without a layer 3 device.
the command auth-proxy is integrated on th ap12xx with ios btu seems not to be supported?
any suggestions how to get auth-proxy on an ap1200?
second choice is to do this with a router in conjunction with an access-point.
a cisco-secure-acs is ready for take off to do the job for wlan-users.
the need is to pop up auth-proxy window for wlan-users if a network connection is requested. suggested the user is in the acs database, he has to give in the credentials to gain network or further inet-access.
so please, any suggestions are welcome, leap and eap and so on is not an issue due to already implemented in another wlan environment.
but in this case it is choosen to use auth-proxy.
thx for any replies
