Is there a way to make the WLC channel bond on all AP's without having to go into the AP/Radio and manually select a primary channel and 40 MHz?
Does it not automatically use the best available channels?

It's a warning, not an error message. So your APs on automatic config should go 40mhz from there on.

WLC menu, "wireless" tab, "802.11a/n" (or b/g/n), "DCA".
You can set channel width there. If you set 40Mhz, all the APs that are left under global channel assignment will go 40mhz.

Thanks for the reply. When I select 40 MHz it says "Make sure both primary and extension channels are selected for 40 MHz channel width". I thought you can only do this by manually changing each AP radio?
