B - Domain 8.0MR3 or 8.0MR4

Team... Software support plans for B - Domain states 8.0MR3, with 8.0MR4 available is it safe to assume it supports B-Domain APs?

Yes, if it is supported in 8.0MR3, then it should be there in MR4 as well. Here is the 8.0MR3 release note
