What is a good method to backup the wism configuration in case you need to replace the card and restore configuration.

TFTP or FTP the config off the WLC. That is the best way. If you have WCS/NCS or Prime Infrastructure, you can have that perform a backup to a tftp of FTP.
Thanks,
Scott

WCS/NCS/CPI will automate the backing up of your config.

Like mentioned earlier, you either manually backup the WLC or you need WCS, NCS, or Prime.

Ok I reviewed the guide and it only mention doing upload and downloading files. But it doesn't show how to set it up to do automated backup of configuration or am I missing something.
