It might be worth posting this to the Aruba community: https://community.arubanetworks.com/

Where you say work on Cisco but not on Aruba are you meaning don't connect to Aruba at all.

Are the environments the same?

Has a wireless survey done for both the Cisco and Aruba networks to confirm the issue is not a coverage issue?

From what you have posted there isn't really enough information to say anything other than it sounds like a coverage or roaming issue.

But for cisco in same area they are working this is only for aruba . On scanner they are getting lost connection searching host.

No scanner are connecting with barcode wlan but disconnecting between

Is the Cisco and Aruba networks running at the same time?

Are you using different SSIDs? Are the SSIDs configured the same:

Radio Policy

Security

Roaming Settings

etc

Again have you confirmed its not a coverage issue? Do you have issues on the Aruba Network with other devices? Is it all of the scanners?

Ssid are same let me check other option

If the SSIDs this could be causing the devices to drop off to do a full re authentication and have to get new IP etc due to them changing the vendors wireless.

Recommend that you only run a single vendors wireless network with the same SSIDs in the same site. If this is a transition between vendors and its a temporary solution recommend setting clear areas where SSID 1 is used and SSID 2 for each of the vendors.

So, you've got Cisco and Aruba wireless kit advertising the same WLAN in the same area? Is it possible that auto-containment is configured on the Cisco WLC  to contain rogue APs advertising the same SSID?
