Hi,

I have AIR-CT5508-50-K9 (50-AP licenses preinstalled)

Then I increase licenses to 250 at different times

If I buy CON-SNT-CT5508 for the orijinal system.

All 300 AP licenses are covered?

In the case of RMA, Can I move 250 Ap licenses to new system

CON-SNT-CT5508 will give you 50 AP renewal only. I think you need CON-ECMU-LCT250A or L-CON-ECMU-LCT250A 

You can re-host the AP capacity license (250) to another 5508 WLC in case of RMA by contacting Cisco licensing team.

Yes. Just email license@cisco.com and they can re-generate a new license PAK.

Without buying CON-ECMU-LCT??? for the adder licenses

Can I transfer them to my new RMA controller?

If the original unit was returned due to RMA, then it is very much possible to "transfer" the all the AP licenses to the replacement unit.
