Basic setup cisco ap2802I-E-k9

Hi,

Just bought an ap2802I-E-k9. I just want to do something simple, just out of the box, setting up an ip address to the RJ45 interface to be able to connect throught the http service.

When it started for the first time, with CLI, i have replied to the questions, and set and ip address, and mask, but after that i can't connect throught web interface. (can't ping, ssh, telnet the int)

What is the easiest way to connect to the web interface, out of the box, to be able to configure setup with this way?

Thanx

Take a look at the Mobility Express Deployment guide

First question - before following the ME deployment guide which Haydn shared - what software is your AP running?  The guide only applies if you're running the ME software otherwise it will simply be CAPWAP (lightweight) software designed to be used with a controller and there will not be any web interface. Login to console and share the output of "show ver".  If it's lightweight then you'll need to convert it to ME first before you can use it as a standalone AP.
