My understanding is you wanna do a password recovery on BBSM, well there is no documented procedure currently available from cisco at the moment. Have you tried using the default password"Administrator" as a user and "changeme" as a password already?? But there are some third party tools like www.lostpassword.com and Locksmith v1.0 (add-on for
NTRecover v1.0) from www.sysinternals.com. Both rewrite the 4 Winows 2000 Server boot disks (which you will need to create), have you boot to them and follow the on-screen commands.
