Best Cisco managed Router for home use

Hello guys,

Let this be my first question for today. What's the best Managed Cisco Router for home use. Preferrebly wireless . What would you recommend?

What sort of Internet connection do you have?  ADSL, VDSL, Fibre, Cable, ...

I think cable only requires an Ethernet port.

So you could look at something like a Cisco 861W, 881W or an 891W.

Note that the 890 series come with "Advanced IP", which is pretty much every feature.  So you might need to balance the cost of something like an 861W versus the millions of extra features in an 891W which would provide a stronger learning experience.

Do you want something that runs IOS for learning, or do you just want a GUI?

I need something that runs IOS for learning. basically , I wanted to have a cisco device that I will manage that way I can use my skills.
