Best practices on channel selection for APs

Should I trust AP1200 series least congested channel selection feature (of course only highlighting 1,6,11 to select from)?

The least congested channel setting will work fine. The AP will automatically scan the channels and select the least cogested channel.

It depends on your preference to some degree. I prefer to set them manually after looking at the current spectrum being used.
