Bridge 350

I have a bridge 350 with 11.X IOS ruuning on it. Somehow I don;t have the password. I got the info to reset it back to default configuration. command is " resetall" but I can't apply it at all.

Any suggesation.?

Here is another method to reset the 350 to Factory defaults;

Also the resetall command is only usable for 2 minutes after the power cycle.
