BulkSync Status = In-Progress in 5520 controller

We are seeing Bulk status as "in progress" for more than a day.

controller model : AIR-CT5520-K9

Version : 8.3.143.0

 

checked and found nothing related to Bug. Need your suggestion on how to fix this.

It is recommended to upgrade the wlc to 8.5.x.x to overcome bugs, as of now 8.5.161.6 seems stable since past few months.
