Hi dear,
I have issue to setup the weekly Busiest client report on our WCS version 7.0.164.0
In fact I created a report called Top 5 Wifi client of the week and selected all SSID, All Clients, reporting period = last 7 Days and customized it with option to have Utilization %, Byte received/sent, Packets Received/sent.
When I receive this report each time the infos are not correct, I mean I have my clients (IP, Username, MAC) but the Throughput, Utilization, Byte Received/sent and the Packets received/sent are not correct,
In fact each of those clients was doing a lot of traffics and using bandwidth and I cannot get it to the report.
I have created several time and cannot get out from this issue?
