Hi guys,
I have 30 C9115AXI.
When I connect them to the network, I see them with cdp, I can ping, but it does not join the controller. I can't even make an SSH connection.
When I connect with the console and write the ip address of the controller, the problem is solved, but since all access points are mounted, it is very difficult to do this to all of them.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

What model of controller?
What version of software?
Are the APs on the same subnet as the WLC or routed from another subnet?
If routed then as @docjb0221 says you need a method for the APs to discover the WLC.

DHCP Option 43 is the method most of us use. You can specify 1 or more WLCs for the AP to attempt to join.
