the primary wireless controller malfunctioned and this was replaced. The replacement AP C9120axi-ewc was connected to the network but it failed to join the controller.
initially, that device was the Primary wireless controller then it malfunctioned and we request for a replacement. There was another AP C9120axi-ewc that become the controller. When the replacement device arrived, we installed it on the network and this new device is not joining the wireless controller.
