C9130AXI EWC CLI Software Update issue

Hello all,

when I will update with the CLI to 17.3.1, and execute the command (like described in the Cisco document) :
"install add profile default"

the following failure message appears:

"FAILED: install_add : Default profile addition failed due to no response from wireless side"

Any help for me?

Did you configure TFTP/SFTP image download profiles? If you have try to reconfigure after removing the configured default profile

"install remove profile default"

yes I configured the TFTP image download profile.

but the issue still the same!

Solved! 

Now it works, I did a full reset of the Cisco Catalyst C9130AXI!

So is there really no solution to this other than a factory reset??

In my case, that was the only thing that helped. Now I have installed a much newer software version, maybe it works differently now
