C9800-80 netflow implementation

We have deployed a C9800-80 controller in HA and are using Catalyst Center to provision the controller telemetry settings, netflow, to use the device management port, Gi0, and it is not being sent.  We also attempted to use the AP management port, Te0/0/0 + VLAN, and Catalyst Center rejects this configuration.  Guidance on how to get this working is the request.

  - FYI : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/config-guide/b_wl_16_10_cg/application-visibility-and-control.html
But normally when Catalyst Center is used it does all the configuration work for Netflow too.

You can always have  'local validation' of the controller's configuration using the CLI command
show tech wireless and feed the output from that into  Wireless Config Analyzer
                                        Strongly advised!

Also make sure that the controller software version is not too old

Are you using TACACS or Local Accounts to login

Is NETCONF enabled on the WLC

Are other configs able to be deployed from Cat Centre to WLC?

1. What version of software are you using?
Make sure it's up to date as per the TAC recommended link below.

2. I found out when trying to use Cisco Spaces that telemetry cannot be sent from Gi0.  You won't get any error message or warning - it just won't work, nothing is sent from Gi0!  We don't use DNAC/CC so can't comment on that though.  The AP management port should be an SVI though so interface VlanXXX - not Te0/0/0.
