Can Cisco 1562e APs be daisy chained?

I was wondering if Daisy Chaining is supported on the Cisco 1562 APs? I found a reference that said Daisy Chain support for AP 1560 series was added since AireOS version 8.7.102.0. However, I wasn't able to get daisy chaining to work with two of my 1562E APs. I followed the 1532 and 1572 Deployment Guides for their Daisy Chaining instructions.

The setup I followed will be detailed below as well as the physical connection setup. The documentation also had some contradictions specifically in the 1570 deployment guide where it says "Daisy chaining should be enabled on both APs" but a note is later given that says "Daisy-chaining should only be enabled on the slave RAP. The Master MAP should have daisy-chaining as disabled". I tried both configuration setups: 1) master (daisy chain enabled), slave (daisy chain enabled) 2) master (daisy chain enabled), slave (daisy chain disabled). But, still failed to get daisy chaining to work. I wasn't sure if the daisy chaining configuration and physical connection setup would be different for the 1562E?

Physical Connection Setup:

                                                              (master)          (slave)

    WLC <---> Switch <---> RAP <---> MAP1a <---> MAP1b <---> MAP2

                                                                  |                        |

                                                         [ Poe Injector ]    [Poe Injector ]

                                                           [Data in]               [Data in]

                                                                   |                        |

Daisy Chain MAP Documentation Configuration:

    RAP

         AP Mode: Bridge

         AP Role: RootAP

         Preferred Parent: N/A

         Ethernet Bridging: enabled

    MAP1a:

        AP Mode: Bridge

        AP Role: MeshAP

        Preferred Parent: RAP

        Ethernet Bridging: enabled

        Daisy Chain: enabled

    MAP1b:

        AP Mode: Bridge

        AP Role: RootAP

        Preferred Parent: N/A

        Ethernet Bridging: disabled

        Daisy Chain: disabled

    MAP2:

        AP Mode: Bridge

        AP Role: MeshAP

        Preferred Parent: MAP1b

        Ethernet Bridging: enabled

I was wondering if anyone had insight on where I could be going wrong with the daisy chaining setup. Whether it's a problem with the configurations or the physical connections. Or if Daisy Chaining is even supported on the 1562 APs since I wasn't too sure with the available online documentation for the 1560 series other than the Daisy Chain support referenced on the AireOS feature page.

I see it's been a while with no responses but am wondering if you ever got this figured out.. preparing the the possibility to Daisy Chain some 1562's together and am looking for confirmation from someone who's done it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
