I have a question, we are getting 2 ap1231g,
can I create a wireless bridge between two buildings
with the ap1231?
If not, what do I need? to brdge between the building
that are about 150 apart?

AFAIK, you can't do this. An AP won't associate to another AP other than as a repeater. To do what you want, ideally you'll need a pair of 350 or 1400 bridges. I guess you mean 150 meters apart? If so, probably want to go for a pair of Yagi (AIR-ANT1949) antennas so you get a good link.

Oh yeah, forgot about that one! Hard to keep up sometimes.
Actually, your probably better off choosing the 1300 over the 350 if you want 802.11b or g as the 350 will probably go end of life before too much longer.

You can also use new 1300 series bridges.
