I seeking the information on the Cisco NCS that they said the NCS only able to install on Cisco NCS Prime appliance or VMware.
But right now, we don't want to buy another appliance and also don't has VMware liscense. Could we setup NCS on a Dell server with Linux enviroment ?

at this time, no. the only downloadable file is a .ova.
But you should be able to get ESXi without the need for a license, though this may have changed recently.

You can download the iso image for install on the cisco appliance and it may very well work on generic hardware but I'm not sure that Cisco would support that.
