Can install AIR-RM21A-A-K9 in AIR-AP1230B

When I install this A radio in the 1230 AP, it is not recognized. In the network interfaces of the web admin pages, it shows up as another B radio and both are down even if I enable them both. I thought I had a bad A radio, but the replacement I received from Cisco does the same thing. Thanks in advance for any help. Screenshots are in the attachment.

The RM21 and RM22 A radios require the minimum IOS version is 12.3(2)JA. Reset the access point and disable the B radio to see if it works. Make sure the Power suplly is at the required level.
