Can't access Management or AP Interface

I am not able to ping the management or AP interface on the controller - it's a 4402 with 10 Gig spf .

Does anyone know of any issues like this ? I have set up another controller that works fine. Of course, IP and so on is all correct, I suspect a fault in the controller.

WLC do NOT support 10Gb SFP.

Yes, your right, my typo, it's Gigabit, not 10 Gigabit.

The controller was faulty, it has been returned to Cisco.
