Can't access via GUI or SSH WLC 3504

I can ping WLC management ip from my network but not able to access GUI or SSH to the WLC 3504. From console i have checked both HTTPS and SSH is enabled. I need to install DNA license. Please help.

Why disable HA? You have two wlc so you can use both.

Yes, it is expected that the license is synchronized when forming HA.  In case the Primary WLC went down, the Secondary will take over and use the licensing you installed in the Primary.

Ok. So that's mean we can just form the HA now. No need to install the license to Secondary WLC separately, right?

And just to add - I don't believe AireOS supports DNA licensing at all.

DNA licensing applies when you use IOS-XE on 9800 series WLCs.
